Booking & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed once full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received.
• Rates may change until the booking is confirmed.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in/late check-out available on request (fees may apply).

Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.

Guest Responsibilities

• Please respect the property and report any damages.
• No parties or unauthorized events allowed.
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded without approval.

Smoking & Pets

• No smoking inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.

Safety & Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their belongings.
• JJ Home Management London is not liable for loss, theft, or injury during your stay.

Right of Entry

• We may access the property with notice for emergencies, maintenance, or rule checks.

Changes or Cancellations by Us

• In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify bookings. A full refund or alternative accommodation will be offered.
