Make an Official Offer
Once our team has run our referencing check, including any previous landlords and employment references, and assessing that the room for rent matches your finances, we will be ready to process your offer
Move In
Moving in is made easy by our home manager, who will ensure that your house share space is clean, safe, and ready for occupation before handing over the keys and providing you with all the information you need. Each room is thoroughly cleaned and updated as needed, before your arrival, so that you are able to settle in right away
